The Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemnaker) has launched a complaint and consultation service regarding the payment of Holiday Allowance (THR) for workers in all provinces across Indonesia. This service aims to assist employees who experience problems related to THR payments ahead of religious holidays.

Steps to File a Complaint Through the Kemnaker THR Post

  1. Visit the official Kemnaker website at www.kemnaker.go.id.
  2. Select the THR Post (Posko THR) menu.
  3. Click Login and sign in using your SIAP KERJA account (or register if you do not yet have one).
  4. Choose THR Complaint (Pengaduan THR).
  5. Select the province and regency/city where you work.
  6. Choose your company from the list (or register it as a New Company if it is not available).
  7. Complete the required information, including your job details, employment status, description of the issue, chronology of events, and upload any supporting evidence.
  8. Click Report (Laporkan). After submitting, you will receive a response via email and can monitor the progress through your complaint history.

In addition to filing complaints, workers can also use the THR consultation service by submitting inquiries through the chat feature available on the same page.

THR Must Be Paid No Later Than 7 Days Before Eid

According to a Circular Letter issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, companies are required to provide THR to employees who have worked for at least one month, whether they are employed under a Permanent Employment Agreement (PKWTT) or a Fixed-Term Employment Agreement (PKWT). Employers are obligated to pay the THR no later than seven days before the religious holiday, and the payment cannot be made in installments.
